Yes. Tents Aluban develops the layout of the tent after receiving the logo and the information that will be disclosed and sent to the client to approve or request change.
The tent is manufactured within 5 weekdays and may be delivered by shipping company or by the Aluban Tents fleet.
The deadline for delivery to the customer is informed at the time of purchase and varies according to the region and quantity of products.
The leases are usually charged during the weekend. Products are delivered by own fleet and the tents are assembled and disassembled by the Aluban Tents team.
At parties, it is common for the staff at Tents Aluban to set up a structure one (1) day before the commemoration. In cases of large events, the tents can be assembled up to 5 (five) days before.
The Aluban Tents team dismantles and collects the products on the first working day after the event ends.
Yes. The manufactured structures have 1 (one) year of warranty.
To prevent the fabric from mocking or even tearing, do not store the tent wet. Avoid washing 600 nylon cover tent, mainly with brushes, as they can damage the waterproofing layer. Use a damp cloth, rinse and let it dry in the shadow.
In case of extreme need, use only a soft bristled brush; Set the tent structure on the ground with stakes and make sure they will be always tied, preferably from top to bottom, preventing a time change from damaging the structure. Unlock the 4-sided pins when dismantling.
- Keep the movable covers only when the canvas is dry, avoiding mold accumulation.
- Clean the canvas only with cold or natural water and detergent;
- Use only mild or neutral detergents. Strong detergents often contain bleach or other solvents that can just melt away the vinyl and make plastic components of the tent brittle.
- Don’t leave the iron structure in rain or cool after being disassembled;
- Rinse the structure well after cleaning, removing all soap residue;
- Secure the structures on the ground with stakes, ropes or steel cable.
